The breakfast was really good. I especially enjoyed the wide variety of local products. the hotel had a lot of nice amenities, and the service was kind (i definitely felt welcome). the rooms and common areas were comfortable. I appreciated the nice decor.
The location is not very central. It took some time to reach the main sightseeing spots. i also had a room with a view of a graveyard. the windows were quite dusty, obstructing the already limited view.

Zineb from guest relations. She always ensured I had everything I needed. The breakfast team also provided a warm welcome each morning. I was impressed with the gluten-free options available at breakfast. It accommodated my dietary needs perfectly.
The location is a bit far from the main attractions. A swim cap purchase for pool entry felt unnecessary.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, a short five minute walk to T1 and T4 lines. As a Gold HH member, I received a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite. The room was spacious, decorated in a modern style, and included a generously sized bathroom. The team I encountered was consistently friendly and helpful.
I found a swim cap purchase NECESSARY to use the pool, slightly inconvenient.

The gym has up-to-date equipment, and the pool area is well-kept. The hotel provides a WhatsApp chat service for immediate assistance, a great CONVENIENCE. Parking is available who arrive by car.

The room was well-equipped and very clean (i noticed this immediately!). It had comfortable beds ensuring a restful sleep, and the bathroom featured modern fixtures. Room service was prompt and efficient, and boarding passes can be printed with ease.
